About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact accounting role where your expertise won't go unnoticed. As the In-House Accountant, you'll work directly with ownership, delivering clear financial reporting and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple properties and entities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile general ledgers for various entities (LLCs, partnerships, and individual properties)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for ownership and lenders
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, rents, and vendor payments
• Monitor and forecast cash flow across all entities
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate balance sheet accounts
• Prepare annual property budgets and track actuals against projections
• Assist ownership with performance analysis, capital expenditures, and financial modeling
• Coordinate with external tax accountants and auditors to ensure compliance and timely filings
• Support financing, acquisition, and disposition activities with financial due diligence
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes
