Ponce Bank is seeking a dedicated, service-focused, and proactive Universal Banker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our bank, delivering exceptional experiences, building lasting relationships, and playing a key role in driving the success and growth of our branch.

Compensation

Base pay : $45,500 - $50,000 per year

Requirements

• Proactively greet customers and provide a seamless, one-stop service experience.
• Listen to customer needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash vault activities in a timely manner.
• Uphold internal policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring customer inquiries are handled with ownership and care.
• Represent the branch in community activities that align with CRA goals, fostering positive local relationships.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Travel : Occasional travel to other branch locations as needed to ensure operational consistency, employee support, and service excellence.
