Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic IT Business Pattern to join our IT Field Services Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Operations team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Qualifications

This position serves as a critical link between business partners and the IT organization, providing comprehensive support to the Hyatt Studio team throughout the hotel opening process. The role is responsible for managing relationships with vendors and Hyatt partners to ensure the successful implementation, training, and ongoing support of all relevant systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and technology needs.

Coordinate with business partners and IT to successfully implement initiatives that are aligned with corporate strategy.

Maintain a relationship with vendors through regular meetings and interactions to discuss project needs and status.

Maintain a relationship with Hyatt and vendor support teams to monitor support tickets to ensure accurate and timely resolution.

Manage opening tasks, schedules, and provide updates to business partners and stakeholders.

Support the development of curated system training opportunities to support colleague onboarding.

Monitor and report on the performance of implemented IT solutions.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate / salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
