CPA Technical Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain company accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Manage the preparation of Form 10-Q's and 10-K filings with the SEC

Perform technical accounting research and prepare memos for new accounting standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of financial reporting experience, including public company experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience

Active CPA designation or equivalent certification is required

Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations

Experience with SEC compliant report preparation and filing
