Student Intern - Student Editor / Videographer

Job Summary

The student assistant will work with the Communications department as part of the Communications Student Media Team. This person will help promote the college by shooting and editing for both traditional and social media channels. This is an office-based 19-hour / week position, reporting to the executive director of Public Relations and the director of Digital Communications.

Responsibilities

• Film assigned events on campus.
• Identify stories and contact / interview subject matter experts (SMEs) for videos.
• Edit videos according to established standards.
• Submit video drafts on or before deadline.
• Other duties as directed.
