Position Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling inside sales, developing new business opportunities, communicating effectively with potential clients, and driving sales initiatives. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential leads, nurturing relationships, and working closely with the sales team to meet targets.
This role will be required to be in-office at our Brooklyn, NY location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Experience in Outbound Sales and SalesExperience in managing cold prospecting, managing relationships and closing dealsSkills in Lead Generation and Cold OutboundExperienced with salesforceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targetsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusPhysical Demands
