Drack Construction Management – Construction Superintendent

Location :  Boston, MA (and Greater Boston Area) |  Employment Type :  Full-Time

Drack Construction Management is a rapidly growing construction company focused on ground-up new construction, adaptive reuse, and commercial fit-outs. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, strong field leadership, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget. We are now looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee key projects in the Boston region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily field operations across multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule goals are met
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, labor, vendors, and materials on site
• Interpret and enforce construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Implement and maintain site safety and quality control processes
• Track progress, provide site reporting, and communicate issues proactively
• Facilitate site meetings with clients, PMs, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and problem-solve as needed
• Execute short-term scheduling (look-aheads), monitor critical path tasks, and adjust plans to keep work moving
• Mentor onsite teams to uphold Drack’s standards and construction culture
