Role Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment programs for Analytics (Risk / Credit) OR Technical & niche hiring portfolios . The role focuses on strategic planning, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage end-to-end hiring programs across assigned portfolios
- Drive workforce planning, hiring strategy, and demand management in partnership with business stakeholders
- Lead and govern recruiter teams to deliver hiring targets within defined timelines and quality metrics
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs using dashboards and analytics
- Utilize market intelligence platforms to guide sourcing strategies and talent insights
- Present hiring progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Ensure process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across hiring programs
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisitionProven experience managing complex hiring programs (Analytics or Technical hiring exposure )Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsExcellent presentation skills with a data-driven mindsetStrong understanding of recruitment analytics, reporting, and data managementExperience working with market intelligence platforms and sourcing tools
