About The Position

Job Title : Radiologic Technologist

Profession : Radiology

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-Hour Days

Hours per Shift : Wednesday & Thursday 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 30 PM, Friday 7 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM, rotating every 5th weekend, on call 1 night a week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Required

Certifications : ARRT, BLS

Must-Have : General X-ray and OR experience

Description :

This position involves working in the radiology department with a focus on general X-ray.

The department features 3 X-ray rooms, 2 portables, 3 C-Arms, and 1 mini-C.

Responsibilities include performing imaging for adults and pediatrics, GI Fluoroscopy, and DEXA scans.

Candidates must have experience with EMR systems including EPIC and PACS systems such as McKesson.

A supervisor is present on each shift to oversee operations.

The schedule includes 8, 9, 10, and 12-hour shifts, with start times varying based on cyclic scheduling.

Weekend and holiday requirements apply, as well as on-call or standby obligations.

Candidates must be within a specified radius and are prohibited from being employed in any related facilities within the past year.

All requests for time off must be provided upfront, as additional requests will not be approved after submissions.

The hospital reserves the right to cancel shifts as needed during the assignment.
