Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program Director

TidalHealth in collaboration with Peninsula Orthopaedics , on Maryland's beautiful coast, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program Director to join our reputable medical institution. As the Program Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Orthopedic Surgery residency program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of education and training.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to residents, and contributing to the advancement of orthopedic surgery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum, conducting regular evaluations, as well as continuously assessing and improving the program. Additionally, you will collaborate with other faculty members to develop research opportunities and publish academic papers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic surgery and significant clinical experience in the field. You should possess exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
- Develop and implement the curriculum, ensuring that it meets educational objectives.
