Includes Sign on for Life Bonus for Full Time Employees ($100 per month as long as you're employed with us!)
Maple Farm Nursing Center offers an innovative model of short- and long-term skilled nursing within two warm and welcoming households situated on 66 acres in Akron, PA.

Salary Range : Experienced based pay starting at $20.25 / hr PLUS shift differentials that include $2 for evenings, $1.50 for Nights, and an additional $1 for Weekends!

As a C.N.A. , supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities :
Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed NurseResponsible for the safety of residentsProvide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residentsAssists with transporting residents to activities, events and as neededDocumentation in electronic medical record system.What do I need for this role with Maple Farm Nursing?
