Maintenance Repair And Overhaul Network Manager

Summary of Position : Responsible for strategic decision, technical development and commercial definition of Maintenance and Repair solutions with partners in North and Central American market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assess Service Centers and Repair Center capabilities
• Setup periodical audits at qualified AW service stations
• Collaborate with legal department to produce service station agreements
• Negotiate the commercial conditions with MRO partners, in collaboration with Supply Chain Management
• Manage the setup of MRO network for the new systems and aircraft models being introduced by AW in the American market
• Produce technical reports on potential partners for MR&O services
• Organize on the job training to develop AAC personnel repair capabilities
• Coordinate the validation of repair procedures with internal and external repair facilities

Qualifications for Position :

Education -BS in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.

Experience -Three years in a similar role in the aviation sector and preferably in the helicopter industry.
