Traveling Superintendent
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail-related infrastructure. This position will ideally start February 1st, 2026. Key responsibilities include leading and managing on-site construction activities from start to finish, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery, overseeing work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and traveling to project sites across the eastern U.S. (100% travel required).

Experience level is intermediate. This is a contract to hire position based out of Augusta, ME. The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.00 / hr.
