Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic

Location :  Wallingford, CT

Start Date : 11 / 3

Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : 5x8s, Days (AM), 40 hours / week

Shift Details : Variable schedule between 7 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday

Evenings : 2 evening shifts required per week

On-Call : None

Position Overview

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in Wallingford, CT seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join their team. This role involves working with a diverse caseload including post-operative, orthopedic, chronic pain, and complex patients.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years outpatient physical therapy experience (required)

Active CT PT license

Experience working with :

Complex patients

Orthopedics

Chronic pain management

Balance and fall prevention

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment plans

Manage a varied outpatient caseload

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team

Deliver goal-oriented therapy in a patient-focused environment

Maintain accurate documentation using EMR
