Responsibilities:

• Perform a high volume of outbound calls to engage potential clients
• Evaluate and improve sales pitches, scripts, and strategies to ensure effectiveness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize sales processes
• Consistently hit or exceed established sales goals
• Provide valuable feedback to enhance sales methods and approaches
• Maintain precise and well-organized sales records in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen and advance sales initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of inside sales experience
• Strong experience with high-volume outbound calling and time management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Background in sales strategy development within dynamic environments
