Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in New York or compact state eligibility

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

COVID-19 vaccine not required

Former North Star Health Alliance staff must have a 6-month gap before travel assignment eligibility

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment

Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and critical medical conditions

Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
