Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support skilled tradesmen on various job sites. This role involves performing manual labor preparing and maintaining work areas handling materials and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is physically fit dependable and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris leveling ground and organizing work areas.

• Material Handling: Load unload and distribute building materials tools and equipment.

• Assisting Skilled Trades: Support carpenters equipment operators and other skilled workers as needed.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand and power tools such as drills saws and other equipment under supervision.

• General Construction Tasks: Perform tasks such as pouring concrete erecting scaffolding general repairs and routine maintenance.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe job site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

• Strong reliability punctuality and work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and team members

• Basic understanding of construction materials tools and methods

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
