Head of Hardware Design

A company is looking for a Head of Hardware Design.

Key Responsibilities

Drive ECAD feature design and specifications, validating through user feedback and initiatives

Partner with AI / ML to define best practices and curate datasets for successful product design

Build and manage the Hardware Design function, refining team responsibilities and producing reference designs

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in electrical engineering with experience in RF, EMI / EMC, power electronics, and high-speed digital design

Proficiency in PCB design, manufacturing processes, and collaboration with contract manufacturers

Experience with multiple ECAD tools and simulation software

Strong product sense with the ability to translate user needs into effective workflows

Leadership experience in both engineering and management roles
