Job Description
The Project Lead is responsible for assisting project engineers with administrative tasks including ERP related project requirements, coordination with various teammates and external stakeholders, report writing and supporting the successful execution of a project from order to delivery. Success will require the person to be very organized, communicate well and work in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities
Enter project data and information to ERP, accurately and efficientlyAdd / remove / modify materials / parts to project “Bill of Materials” for purchase requisitions and sales order related adjustmentsReceive parts and kits both in the warehouse and ERP environmentsAssist in assembly, packaging and shipment of kits and partsFacilitate purchasing requests by raising project requisitions and communicate with Buyer(s), fabricators & suppliers to ensure Purchase Orders are sent & parts delivered on-timeCoordinate and track project shipments from supplier to the warehouse and / or to the job-siteCommunicate with Project Engineers to track, coordinate and report on project milestones in ERP & TableauKeep project shipping dashboard data up to dateProcess tasks by reviewing data for accuracy, alerting Project Engineers on discrepancies foundMaintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes as neededAttend meetings as requiredRegular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the jobOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededParticipate in ISO requirements for the businessOther warehouse project work related to ERP as requiredCommunication & Coordination : Serve as a liaison between project teams, management, clients, and vendors, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and disseminating pertinent information.Team Support : Support project team members and foster positive working relationshipsJob Requirements
3+ years experience in similar or related roleStrong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment efficiently to meet tight deadlinesSAP experience helpful, but not requiredAttention to detail to maintain accuracy in crucial project details.Proficient at basic math operation, including reading and understanding fractions and decimalsProficient in Microsoft productsExcellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and written to interact with various stakeholdersStrong ability to prioritize, follow-up, organize, and attention to detailAbility to read and comprehend instructions and correspondenceMust be able to work overtime when neededAbility to lift 50 poundsWhat CRH Offers You
