Job description

The Tissot Brand is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support Marketing activities for the Tissot Brand. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns and initiatives on track.

This position is an office based position in Miami.

Profile

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting the Marketing Director in the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to increase brand awareness

Supporting marketing project development under the direction of the Marketing Director; scheduling promotional presentations, maintaining an annual project calendar, and ensuring deadlines are respected.

Tracking and providing detailed reports on budget expenses to the Marketing Director.

Artwork Production : Coordinating all media artwork requests between agencies and the publications; Coordinating production of additional visual creative, including posters, duratrans, direct mail, etc.

analyzing the feedback of previous or current marketing campaigns;

Creation of new items of SAP and Amware Platforms
