Job Description :
The Production Control Coordinator (Logistics) oversees the management of packaging supplier capacity and scheduling the availability of proper shipping documentation and coordination of activities with DCMA representatives for all shipments. Assists MLM with logistics of off-site storage and the production areas by reviewing incoming receipts priorities availability of material / parts and production schedules in coordination with Planning.
This position will coordinate with all functions that play a part in the shipping process for all programs.

Education :
Requires fully proficient job knowledge / skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
