Job description7+ years of industry-specific recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years managing a team Experience recruiting for superintendents, engineers, and project leaders, physical designers, VDC / BIM specialists, superintendents Experience managing recruiters and willing to run their own recruiting desk Proficiency with ATS platforms Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate Coordinate across the organization to assess needs Strategize, manage, and lead recruiting efforts for the coming year Handle budget responsibilities for the recruiting department Conduct interviews for applicants, especially senior-level roles Select, develop, and mentor a recruiting staff Connect directly with internal and external stakeholders while recommending recruiting strategies and tactical approaches
