Estimated Weekly Salary : $1630 - $1750

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience

Correctional nursing experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Strong clinical assessment, triage, and communication skills

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to inmate patients, promoting and improving overall health

Utilize the nursing process for triage and patient care in a correctional healthcare setting

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Accurately and promptly document all patient care activities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to address diverse health concerns

Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff within the correctional facility
