General Manager / Hotel Manager
As General Manager of the Hilton Anaheim, you will lead one of Southern California's largest and most high-profile hotels a 1,574-room property adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from top attractions. This role requires a strategic, people-focused leader who excels in complex, high-volume operations and can drive exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance, and team culture.
You will oversee all hotel operations, maximize revenue across rooms, events, and F&B, and cultivate strong relationships with owners, community partners, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires high-performing teams, and champions Hilton service and brand standards.
