Seeking Personal Trainer at Innovative Health and Fitness in Franklin, WISelf-motivated and personable individual wanted to join our team at Innovative Health and Fitness. Personal Trainer will work under the Fitness Manager to create safe and effective exercise programs. Responsibilities include meeting monthly revenue goals and providing top-notch customer service. MUST HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATION!

Compensation : $15 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Motivate clients and members to improve overall health and fitness
• Provide members with equipment orientations, fitness consultations, and evaluations
• Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends
• Schedule and conduct sessions based on clients' availability
• Develop individual exercise programs based on client’s abilities, health, status, and goals
• Maintain accurate, current records on all client exercise programs and progress
• Interact with members and answer questions regarding equipment and exercise as needed
• Enforce club policies
• Assist in the development, implementation, and marketing of club programs and events inside and outside the club
