Verantwoordelijkheden
Verantwoordelijk voor klantvragen binnen een gezette tijdspanne;
Door middel van troubleshooting klantvragen beantwoorden;
Identificeren van mogelijke escalaties en deze volgens de correcte procedure uitvoeren;
Samenwerken met backoffice en andere afdelingen om een gerichte oplossing aan de klant te kunnen bieden.
Jouw profiel
Vloeiend niveau Nederlands en B2-niveau Engels;
Je gaat graag met mensen om en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
Je hebt een internationale mindset;
Je bent beschikbaar voor een relocatie naar Portugal;
Je heb bij voorkeur al ervaring in een callcenter omgeving.
