Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls with a focus on accuracy and first-call resolution
Utilize multiple systems and tools to research and resolve complex benefit inquiries
Process member requests while adhering to compliance and service standards
Required Qualifications
Must pass a typing test with a score of 25 WPM
Must successfully complete a background check
Must pass an internet speed test with specified requirements
Must connect to an ethernet cable for internet access
Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
