Travel Nursing Job Details

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 3 / 2025 – End : 2 / 2 / 2026)

Location : Pagosa Springs, Colorado (ZIP 81147)

Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (Circulation & Scrub roles)

Shifts : Weekdays – choose either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days

Hours per Week : 40

On-Call : No call required

Employment Type : Travel nursing

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Experience with Cerner EMR required

Clinical experience in gastroenterology / endoscopy lab, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, and interventional pain management required

Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)

Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

CNOR certification preferred

Key Responsibilities for OR RN

Coordinate and deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-centered care for surgical patients throughout all perioperative phases (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)

Provide direct patient care, education, and support to patients and families

Serve as a liaison between the surgical team and patient families / support systems

Perform as Circulating Nurse, 1st Scrub Nurse (Instrument), and / or 2nd Scrub Nurse (Assistant) based on experience

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
