A company is looking for a Leadership Coach to work with corporate clients and enhance their leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients to enhance leadership skills and team performance

Develop personalized development plans and track client progress

Utilize technology to deliver high-quality coaching sessions and maintain client communication

Required Qualifications

Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited organization and 10+ years of management experience (or MBA and 20+ years of senior management experience)

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience coaching managers, high-performers, and leaders

An existing roster of clients who can provide testimonials

Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus
