Financial Analyst Opportunity

One of our automotive clients is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Dearborn, MI. The Financial Analyst in this position will be responsible for managing and issuing yearly purchase orders across the business unit. Additional responsibilities in this role include:

• Working closely with buyer to ensure blankets are up to date
• Issue MP&L and P.E yearly purchase orders
• Capture all paid invoices in Microsoft Excel
• Close out purchase orders
• Help suppliers resolve any PO/invoicing issues
• Yearly ISO audit
• Schedule internal audit meetings
• Follow up on issues found during the audit
• Management of VIS card orders
• Create SPL's for any additional job tasks

Compensation: $35-40/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

• Experience issuing PO's using Ariba - automotive or manufacturing experience
