Finance Manager
The role of Finance Manager requires the ability to prepare and review financial data in order to provide analysis and insight to help drive results. Managing the forecasting and budgeting process for the business unit. The role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to accomplish objectives with little supervision. Responsibilities will include ensuring accurate revenue recognition on projects, compliance with SOX controls, financial planning and control over costs and margins. Also responsible for managing delivery of budgets and forecasts for respective areas, together with required financial reporting of actual performance, drivers and driving business actions to maximize EBITDA performance.
Key Accountabilities :
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Applies current financial and accounting standards, policies and controls to mitigate risks between business / unit function goals and accounting. Plans, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets.

- Provides accurate and transparent timely financial analysis driving opportunities to optimise performance through ongoing assessment of function cost, KPI and operational P&L.
- Monitors project financial KPI and identifies areas of improvement. Fully understands the importance of security to own work and the operation of the organisation.
- Provides accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis on consolidated results to support leadership in the decision-making process.
- Clearly articulate financial implications of business decisions to assist in the proactive management of profitability, costs, efficiencies, resources, and provide impact analysis on revenue, costs and metrics.
- Proactively provide performance optimization recommendations to the functional stakeholders and follows through to deliver timely resolution.
- Solve underlying cause of a problem by asking the right questions and involving the right stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on relevant and impactful set of financial & operational metrics.
- Support organizational process and system improvement opportunities by participating in change initiatives.
- Drive for Results : Proactively identify and inform stakeholders about opportunities and risks to improve efficiency and profitability.
