About the Role

As a Dialysis Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with kidney disease. This is a relocation-friendly RN opportunity offering career growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis in acute and chronic care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective dialysis treatments and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and assess patients conditions before, during, and after dialysis.
• Educate patients and their families about managing kidney health and long-term care plans.
• Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and maintain professional nursing practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (open to all states; support for Texas licensure provided).
• CPR-BCLS certification (ACLS required before completing orientation).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the nursing process and ability to deliver patient-centered care.
• Experience working with therapeutic equipment and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.
