Job descriptionOpen and grow new local markets and lines of business. Personally maintain 7+ weekly client meetings with VP / Director-level executives. Drive high-volume outbound business development. Hire, coach, and ramp 3–5 Account Executives. Lead in-office 3+ days / week to model culture and discipline. Sell staffing, consulting, and project-based services. Build executive relationships across business and procurement. Enforce pipeline reviews, activity metrics, and recruiting alignment. 7+ years in IT staffing / consulting, with 3+ years in leadership. Track record building teams, offices, or books from scratch. Proven hunter mentality; consistent quota overachievement. Enterprise sales experience with VP+ technology executives. Background in large staffing firms and / or boutique growth shops. Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, and digital trends. Direct BD experience beyond MSP fulfillment.

Job Title – Managing Director – Technology Vertical
Work Setup - Onsite / hybrid : Minimum 3 days per week in office, with onsite client meetings every week.
