The Keyholder is responsible for opening and closing the store and ensuring proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty. The specifics include meeting or exceeding National Vision's sales and company objectives, achieving and maintaining the highest level of customer service, accurately processing orders for eyewear, taking optical measurements, coordinating the distribution of eyewear products, assisting with the dispensing of eyeglasses and contact lenses, performing insertion and removal training of contact lenses, contributing to the marketing of the store, completing inventory counts, overseeing the sales floor, ensuring compliance to all store and corporate policies, and acting as a point of contact to address customer service issues, maintenance, and vendor problems.

Salary Range : $16.66 - $19.97 per hour
