Must have Unemployment Insurance Domain Exp (Tax / Benefits) (Preferred PS-US Acc) for Business Analyst.
- Need skill set for business requirements analysis (Atleast 6 years)
- Should be able to provide business solutions, prototypes, use cases for customer requirements
Technical / Functional Skills : -
Experience in Unemployment Insurance domain is MUST.Analyze business and user needs, specifically related to interfaces involving third party or outside systems, document requirements and translate both into proper specifications for each project.Need skill set for business requirements analysis (At least 4-6 years)Should be able to provide business solutions, prototypes, use cases for customer requirements.Determines and develops user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.Should have proven analytical abilities, experience in generating process documentation and reports.Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.Good to have proficiency with SQL.Coordinate and meet with clients and business leaders, as well as working closely with software architects and development teams to ensure that the direction, scope and dependencies are identified and documented.Possess strong knowledge of both project management and the software development lifecycle ( SDLC) of large-scale development projects.Extensive understanding of multiple functional areas related to complex projects and the ability to identify and quantify business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology is critical.Foster productive communication between technical and non-technical audiences to ensure that technology solutions fulfill the business needs.Identify, document and diagram business requirements and processes.Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.Assist with validation and testing of interfaces written to the design specification.Roles & Responsibilities : -
Participate in gap analysis sessions.Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.Gather, review and analyze business requirements.Liaise between various business departments and groups.Translate business requirements into concise system requirements for use by the software architects and development teams.Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling.Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.Thanks & Regards
