Executive Assistant

Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and seamless coordination across the organization. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and logistics for executives
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
• Coordinate meetings, events, and off-sites, including agendas and follow-ups
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Monitor and prioritize emails, action items, and deadlines
• Support expense reporting, invoicing, and document management
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency
• Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
• Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite executives
• Background in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Project management or operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
