Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shift

Parc Center for Disabilities’ Bert Muller Home (BMH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality healthcare services to our residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those we serve in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation (MAR, nursing notes, physician orders, infection control reports).Assess residents daily for changes in physical, mental, or neurological status, and arrange follow-up care when needed.
• Deliver first aid or emergency treatment as appropriate.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, diet, hygiene, and overall health of residents.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and compliance throughout the facility.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and other staff to ensure coordinated care. Participate in required trainings, meetings, and assessments.

Qualifications

Schedule : 9 : 30 PM – 5 : 30 AM, 40 hours per week
