A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions for technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Develop IT learning plans and needs analyses for key initiatives

Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across live, virtual, and on-demand channels

Create accessible learning content for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience

Experience developing courses in areas such as AI, Cybersecurity, or enterprise apps

Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)

Skilled in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
