About The Position

Job Title : Speech Therapist

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Specialty : Speech Therapist

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday - Friday, Days

Hours per Shift : 32 guaranteed

Experience : Accepting new graduates or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); SNF experience preferred.

License : Current state license required.

Certifications : CPR certification required.

Must-Have :

• Valid state license
• Resume
• References (3)
• County Criminal background check (7 years for all locations lived and worked)
• Federal Criminal background check (7 years or more)
• Multi-State Criminal search (7 years or more)
• Nationwide Sex Offender search (7 years or more)
• HHS / OIG search
• GSA search
• Social Security Number Trace
• 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
• SAM search
• Negative drug screen results

Description :

Candidates must ensure that all required documents are completed and submitted.

Prescreen form must be filled out and attached.

A resume and license verification must also be included.

Failure to complete and attach these items will result in candidate disqualification.

Rehab Optima experience is preferred.

Position urgency is normal.

Bilingual candidates are not required.

Holiday coverage is not required.
