Inova Oakville - Emergency Room is looking for an experienced Nurse who is interested in transitioning to the ED specialty to participate in our Fellowship program to begin 3 / 16 / 2026 . Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign on and relocation bonuses !
Full-Time, Night Shift (7pm - 7am). During orientation will rotate through all shifts (Days, Mids, and Nights).

Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomesUtilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.Minimum Qualifications :
Experience : Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.Education : BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.License : Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.BLS from American Heart AssociationCEN / ACLS certification desiredProficient in English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward othersProficient computer skills required.Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred candidates will possess 2 years of critical care experience.
