Job descriptionMinimum 2 years experience in a museum, gallery, or arts organization; demonstrated expertise in art handling and installation techniques, packing, crating, storing methods, excellent communication and client relations. Valid AZ driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive box truck. Ability to work in diverse environments and shift directions as needed to safely and expertly install and move artworks. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders and lifts. Responsibilities
- Ability to work on an as needed basis including packing, delivering, and installation of artworks in client’s homes, offices, and galleries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Packing and handling artworks.
- Ability to execute delivery and installation in diverse and varied environments on various types of construction (tile, steel, masonry, adobe, etc).
- Available to work as needed including on consecutive weekdays between the hours of 9 : 30am and 5pm (no weekends).
- Generate detailed condition reports and photo documentation as needed
