Location : Commerce, CA (Los Angeles)

Department : Merchandising

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $27- $30 / hour

What You'll Do :

• Manage and update key reports like the open order and purchase order follow-up reportsensuring information is always accurate and actionable.
• Confirm and expedite orders daily to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and CRMs (sales) to identify and resolve any issues quickly.
• Communicate directly with suppliers to maintain alignment and reinforce our high standards.
• Coordinate inbound freight schedules and maintain delivery logs (as applicable by location).
• Act as a key connector between Merchandising, Sales, and Customer Service on delivery or supplier performance matters.
