Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in diagnostic or molecular testing sales, ideally within oncologyStrong understanding of healthcare systems, lab workflows, and reimbursement processesProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsBachelor’s degree preferred; scientific or healthcare background a plus
