We're hiring for a full-time CCC-SLP position in Hamden, CT at a progressive sub-acute rehab facility that provides both short-term rehab and long-term care.

Who We're Looking For:
This full-time, benefit-eligible position is perfect for experienced CCC-SLPs only

Education and Credentials:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA

    Skills and Experience:
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for assessment and treatment of swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders
  • Knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and its implications for therapy
  • Experience or interest in working in skilled nursing facilities, including short-term rehab and long-term care
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient, family, and staff education
