Accounting Manager

  • Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000

Overview of the Accounting Manager Role :

  • Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions
  • Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
  • Partner with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate audits and respond to inquiries
  • Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

    • Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
