Interventional Pain Management Physician - Ocala, FL Area

As an Interventional Pain Management Physician , you'll be part of a practice that blends advanced technology with compassionate care. This is an ideal position for a physician who is passionate about minimally invasive procedures and committed to improving patient function and quality of life.
Position Highlights :
Perform a wide range of interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, discography, spinal cord stimulation, vertebroplasty , and kyphoplasty
Work Monday through Friday during regular business hours - no nights, weekends, or on-call duties
Join a supportive and experienced team in a patient-first environment
High procedural volume in a modern clinical setting
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $350,000-$375,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Salary Guarantee : First 1-2 years of guaranteed base salary to ease your transition
Production-Based Model : After guarantee, shift to a performance-based compensation structure offering significant income growth potential
Full Benefits Package : Includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off , and CME allowance
Qualifications :
Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Management
Board certification preferred in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
