Litigation Attorney (Remote – California)

GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment firm, has partnered with a well-established and growing law firm seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to advance their career in civil litigation while working with a reputable, client-focused firm.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters , including trials, hearings, and depositions.

Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

Develop and execute effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes.

Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to gather and present evidence.

Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.

Key Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active California Bar license in good standing.

2–5 years of civil litigation experience with a demonstrated record of success.

Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple matters efficiently.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary : $135,000 – $170,000 (DOE)
