Workday Sr Analyst, HRIS – Recruiting & Talent Management at Vantive

Your Role
The Sr. Analyst, HRIS – Recruiting & Talent Management will serve the Global HR Operations Team, supporting system administration, continuous enhancements, and reporting for Recruiting and Talent Acquisition and Talent & Performance Management. The role involves configuration, process improvement, vendor coordination, and data analysis.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support system administration for Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, including research, design, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.
- Act as liaison for ticket resolution with external vendors and internal partners.
- Partner with key customers across cross-functional teams.
- Manage Portfolio configuration change requests for system fixes and enhancements.
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Partner in designing and testing new reports and dashboards.
- Extract and analyze data to ensure accuracy of information and reporting.
- Facilitate coordination between functional and technical subject-matter experts.
- Support employee data audits.
What You'll Bring
Prior experience with Workday system administration (strongly preferred).Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related analytical discipline.Experience with HRIS or SaaS system administration (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.Experience with Fieldglass is a plus.Five or more years in HRIS, SaaS, or HR Operations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).Strong stakeholder engagement in a matrix environment.Analytical and problem-solving skills for project work.Customer orientation and continuous improvement focus.Understanding of HR operating environments and exposure to global processes.Prior experience in a global corporate HR environment is a plus.Benefits
