Northrop Grumman is seeking Business Management Analysts for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in San Diego, CA.

Assignment could be in one of the following Business Management roles : Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must :

Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college / university and will be enrolled full time in Fall of 2025.

Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.

Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications :

Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience

Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance

Intern Pay Range :

• Undergraduate Degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending / enrolled in a full-time Master's program) : $23.00 to $29.00 per hour
• Master's : $33.50 to $36.25 per hour

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors : the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
