Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine proper resolution strategies

Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication

Document claim activities efficiently to support outcomes in line with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience

Appropriate licensing and / or certification in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
